There is a very cool secret party hat on Club Penguin. To get the Club Penguin 3rd Year Party hat here is what you need to do.
First go inside the coffee shop. There is a big fan next to a giant Club Penguin party cake. Click on the fan to make it blow.
The fan will blow the top of the cake off and reveal some Club Penguin secret party hats. Click on the hats and you will get to keep one.
i think i found that like, without that….
i dunno. although im pretty sure it wasnt that secret.
